Business Management System - ISO 9001:2008
Niam has implemented a business management system according to the international ISO 9001:2008 standard in order to create an auditable trail of Niam’s processes, to secure internal processes, manage risk and to continuously improve the business and its efficiency.

Environmental Management System - ISO 14001:2004
The environment has become increasingly important to consider when acquiring and managing real estate. Demand for more modern, cost effective and sustainable developments is expected to increase, challenging the more outdated developments that represent the greater part of the present real estate supply.

Niam has an environment management system that is certified according to the international standard ISO 14001:2004, an environment management system which provides Niam with a framework to meet these challenges, and to seek opportunities that benefit the environment and the investment performance.

Niam's environmental policy:
Niam will prevent pollution and lower the environmental impact of the assets owned by Niam's funds in compliance with environmental laws while maintaining fund profitability.

Privacy Statement

Niam is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience.
