Niam has extensive transaction experience through its Niam Funds I, II, IIb, III, IV and operating partnerships with Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley and GE Capital. Since inception, Niam, through its own funds or on behalf of its financial partners, has invested approximately €5.1 billion in Nordic and Baltic real estate. Today, Niam manages two funds, Niam Nordic Investment Fund III and Niam Nordic Fund IV with a combined property value of €3.0 billion.

Privacy Statement

Niam is committed to protecting your privacy and developing technology that gives you the most powerful and safe online experience. This Statement of Privacy applies to the Niam Web site and governs data collection and usage. By using the Niam website, you consent to the data practices described in this statement.
