Mr. Blomkvist joined the Acquisitions team at Niam in 2008. Prior to joining Niam, Mr. Blomkvist worked with market analysis, due diligence, valuations and transaction advisory services at Newsec for three years. Mr. Blomkvist holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. He also studied business and management at HEC Lausanne, Switzerland.

Anders Ericsson joined Niam in 2010 as Finance Manager/Associate Director. Prior to joining Niam, Mr. Ericsson worked as Treasury Manager at the Absolut Company and has over 20 years of experience from the financial sector. Mr. Ericsson studied economics at the University of Stockholm.

Anders Lundquist

Mr. Lundquist is the Chief Financial Officer of Niam AB. Prior to joining Niam in 2007, Mr. Lundquist was the CFO and deputy CEO of Klövern, a listed Swedish company involved in actively developing commercial properties in large Swedish cities. Mr. Lundquist has fifteen years of management experience in real estate. He has been an integral part in building, developing and reconstructing two listed companies, NK Cityfastigheter and Klövern. At Klövern, Mr. Lundquist was responsible for building the company structure, financial reporting structure, information technology structure and investor relations. Mr. Lundquist has studied business at Uppsala University.

Fredrik Jonsson

Mr. Jonsson is the COO/CIO of Niam. Prior to joining Niam in 2007, Mr. Jonsson spent 14 years with the Real Estate and Development divisions of the Skanska Corporation, most recently as Chief Operating Officer for the Central European market. Mr. Jonsson holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. Parallel to his MSc studies he also undertook supplementary studies in Law and Business Administration at Stockholm University. During his employment at Skanska, he also participated in several management programs including the Executive Program at IMD Business School, Switzerland in 2003.

Jennifer Andersson

Mrs. Andersson is the Head of Investor Relations, Marketing and Business Development. Mrs. Andersson first joined the Stronghold Group as the executive trainee to Urban Edenström in January 2007. Prior to Stronghold, Mrs. Andersson has worked as the Corporate Development Manager for Sappi Fine Paper North America responsible for performing due diligence of acquisition candidates, competitor and market analyses and capital investment project evaluations. Mrs. Andersson has also worked as Head of Business Development for Wireless Lab AB and was previously an investment banker with Goldman Sachs in the United States. Mrs. Andersson holds a Bachelor in Business Administration in Business Honors (finance and accounting) from The University of Texas at Austin. She has also studied at the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and studied in the graduate business school during her program at UT Austin.

Johan Berfenstam

Mr. Berfenstam is the Head of Acquisitions in Sweden. He joined Niam in February 2008 after eight years in the Real Estate and Development division of the Skanska Corporation. Mr. Berfenstam held the positions of Head of Transactions and Business Development in Stockholm and was responsible for business development and the expansion of the project development business in northern Poland. Mr. Berfenstam holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and, parallel to this, undertook supplementary studies in Business Administration at Stockholm University. Additionally, Mr. Berfenstam has taken part in Skanska’s extensive development program for management involving professional development courses at MIT in Boston.

Johan Bergman

Mr. Bergman is the CEO of Niam. Prior to joining Niam in 2006, Mr. Bergman spent 16 years with Skanska Corporation, most recently as one of four Executive Vice Presidents directly responsible for five of the Group’s 15 business units, including commercial property development in the Nordic Countries and other European countries, residential project development in the Nordic Countries and construction units in Poland and Russia. Previously, Mr. Bergman was in charge of business development for Skanska Fastigheter where he reported directly to Claes Björck, CEO of Skanska, and he has also been responsible for Skanska's project and real estate business outside of Sweden, specifically in Moscow, Warsaw, Prague, Budapest and Munich. In the mid 1990s, Mr. Bergman was responsible for Skanska's real estate business in London and was Director of Real Estate for Skanska Fastigheter Stockholm where he was responsible for three market areas in Stockholm. Mr. Bergman holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. He also attended Harvard Business School's Program for Global Leadership in 2001.

Mrs. Kerstin Critti-Cronholm is the Head of Reporting & Control at Niam AB. Prior to joining Niam in 2010, Mrs. Critti-Cronholm was the Director Marketing & Communications and a management consultant at Resources Global Professionals Sweden AB, where her consulting responsibilities included GAAP compliance for automotive safety company Autoliv, Inc. Mrs. Critti-Cronholm has been Group Accounting Manager for Perstorp AB, a listed Swedish company, and was Senior Manager and CPA at Andersen/Deloitte for 14 years working with audit and consulting assignments for several global listed companies. Mrs. Critti-Cronholm holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Lund.

Kjell Sagstad

Mr. Sagstad is Senior Director, Acquisitions and Portfolio Management located in Norway. Prior to joining Niam in 2007, Mr. Sagstad was the CEO of Norgani ASA, the fifth largest listed hotel company in Europe. Prior to joining Norgani, Mr. Sagstad was the CIO and CEO of Vital Eiendom, the real estate arm of Vital Forsikring, Norway’s largest life insurance company and part of the DnB group. Prior to Vital Eiendom, Mr. Sagstad spent nearly 15 years working as a Senior Economist with Statoil and as a professor and researcher at MRDH and other research institutes. Mr. Sagstad holds a Master of Science in Economics from the University of Oslo.

Kristian Krogh

Mr. Krogh is Senior Director, Acquisitions and located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Prior to joining Niam in 2011, Mr. Krogh was Head of Transactions & Research at Aberdeen Asset Management in Denmark where he executed a number of large transactions in the Danish market. Prior to Aberdeen, Mr. Krogh was the Senior Manager of International Investments with Colliers in Copenhagen where he advised foreign investors looking at investments in the Danish market and Danish investors looking to invest outside the country. Mr. Krogh holds degrees in Financing and in International Management and is trained as a certified real estate agent.

Mr. Strömberg is a Director of Portfolio Management at Niam Oy located in Helsinki, Finland. Prior to joining Niam in 2008, Mr. Strömberg spent 11 years as the Property Manager for The Pension Fund of Finnish Broadcasting Company (YLE). Mr. Strömberg has graduated from both the Technical Institute and the Commercial Institute. He is also a Licensed Real Estate Agent and has completed post-graduate studies in Building and Project Management as well as in Property and Facility Management.

Mr. Berthelsen is Associate Director, Acquisitions and located in Copenhagen, Denmark. Prior to joining Niam in 2011, Mr. Berthelsen was Asset Manager at Property Group in Denmark where he managed a portfolio of distressed properties. Prior to Property Group, Mr. Berthelsen was Finance Manager at Aberdeen Asset Management in Copenhagen were he financed several large transactions and was responsible for accounting and reporting for a portfolio of Danish retail properties. Prior to Aberdeen Mr. Berthelsen spent nearly 15 years working as Vice President with Danske Bank and as Head of Aministration at Danish Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering. Mr. Salakka is the Senior Director of Acquisitions and Portfolio Management located in Helsinki, Finland and focused on the Finnish market. Mr. Henriksson is Senior Director/Fund Manager and the Head of Portfolio Management at Niam and responsible for all assets under management in Niam's funds. Prior to joining Niam in 2010, Mr. Henriksson spent 16 years with the Real Estate and Development divisions of the Skanska Corporation, most recently as the Managing Director of Skanska’s commercial development operations in the Czech- and Slovak Republics. Mr. Henriksson holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. During his employment at Skanska, he also participated in several management programs including the Executive Program at IMD Business School, Switzerland, in 2007.

Sloan Wobbeking

Mr. Wobbeking is an Associate Director of IR & Communications. Mr. Wobbeking has over ten years of experience in corporate strategy consulting, venture capital and investment banking. He joined Niam in 2010 after three years as a corporate strategy consultant with Bain & Company in Stockholm. Prior to Bain, he worked for five years in venture capital (Boston, MA, USA) focused on the energy and technology sectors. He also spent two years in investment banking (New York, NY, USA) focused on the electric utility industry. Mr. Wobbeking holds an MBA from the MIT Sloan School of Management and a BA in International Studies from Johns Hopkins University.

Stefan Albinsson

Mr. Albinsson joined the Portfolio Management team at Niam in 2011 from a position as Senior Transaction Manager at Aberdeen Asset Management where he executed transactions for the Aberdeen funds in Sweden. Prior to joining Niam, Mr. Albinsson spent 14 years in the real estate and financial services industry working with M&A, investment management and equity research at among others Skandia Liv, Lehman Brothers and Nordea. Mr. Albinsson holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm and, parallel to this, undertook supplementary studies in Business Administration at Stockholm University.

Susanne Karlén

Ms. Karlén is an Associate Director of Acquisitions at Niam, where she is responsible for due diligence. Prior to joining the Acquisition team in 2005, Ms. Karlén held a position as Asset Manager of Portfolio Management. With over ten years of experience, Ms. Karlén has a total transaction experience of €2.7 billion from 99 transactions, including both single asset and portfolio sales, in Sweden and Finland. Ms. Karlén holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from the Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.

Terje Björsell

Mr. Björsell is a Director of Portfolio Management and a Fund Manager at Niam. Before that Mr. Björsell was responsible for several portfolios under Niam’s management and for three of the operating partners which are responsible for the day-to-day activities in the assets. This included managing disposals and coordinating annual business plans for all of the assets. Prior to joining Niam in 2002, Mr. Björsell worked as a key account manager in the Financial Systems Division at Öhmans, a family owned investment bank. Mr. Björsell holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden. He also studied Real Estate Economics at the University of Western Sydney, Australia.

Mr. Ehrling is the Fund Manager for Niam Nordic Investment Fund III at Niam AB. Mr. Ehrling previously held the positions as Senior Director, Project Development, Senior Director, Portfolio Management and Head of Asset Management for Whitehall Funds’ portfolios and Managing Partner of the Investment Management division at Niam, with responsibility for all assets under Niam’s management. Prior tojoining Niam in 2004 Mr. Ehrling held positions as Head of Business Development and Property Director within listed real estate companies Storheden and Wihlborgs. Concurrently, he was also CEO of Fastighets AB Certus. Mr. Ehrling holds a Master of Science in Real Estate Economics from The Royal Institute of Technology in Stockholm, Sweden.
