The asset, which was completed in 2024, is a residential complex comprising a mix of long-term and short-term residential apartments across 96 units and located attractively in a vibrant neighbourhood with strong residential appeal and with close proximity to public transport, local amenities and green spaces.
Developed to high specifications, the asset features a strong ESG profile and is fully let at time of takeover, highlighting robust demand for residential housing in the area and supporting its long-term investment potential.
The acquisition aligns with Niam’s real estate strategy of investing in well-located residential assets in the Nordics, where supply/demand fundamentals are healthy and opportunities for value creation through active ownership are present.
