Since its inception in 1998, Niam has consistently outperformed competition through all real estate cycles. Our home market is the Nordic region, but our expertise extends far further. With offices in Stockholm, Helsinki, Oslo, Copenhagen and Luxembourg, we are set up to collaborate with investments all over Northern Europe.
