A well-functioning commercial center
In August 2022, Niam acquired Solåsen Handel, a modern and well-functioning commercial center located in one of the most expansive areas in Jönköping.
Solåsen Retail Park consists of three properties with approximately 36,000 square meters of leasable space, including major brands such as K-Rauta, Leos Lekland, XXL, MediaMarkt, and Rusta.
Niam's ambition is to further develop the commercial center through various initiatives. This will include strengthening the center's sustainability profile, continuing to work on the mix of stores and service offerings.
