Office-space for new perspectives

This waterside building takes its exterior inspiration from Värtahamnen's industrial heritage, with a silhouette reminiscent of the old harbour warehouses. The interior of the building takes into account the new demands that companies and organisations are placing on the offices of the future. The entire building, stylish with beautiful light flows and green areas, is characterised by environmental thinking and sustainability. The Dockworks is close to both the city as well as nature and water. It is only eight minutes from Stureplan by bicycle and Nacka strand can be reached in less than half an hour by shuttle boat.

This spectacular building will be open to Stockholmers with a public roof terrace which, in addition to a bar and restaurant, will offer Europe's highest boules courts.

Niams role

The Dockworks is Niam's largest ever development in new office production in terms of space and investment. It will be one of Stockholm's largest upcoming office projects satisfying the high-profile office needs of local and global organisations.

Sustainability

Creating and enabling a sustainable way of living and working is intrinsic to both the building and its surroundings. The Dockworks will be certified according to Breeam Excellent and Well with 100 percent environmentally friendly energy, 50 percent less energy consumption than the building requirements and generate solar electricity. There will be 550 bicycle spaces  for those who want to cycle to the office or meetings in town.
