In short, what is your role at Niam?
I am part of the Niam Real Estate’s Danish acquisitions team. This involves a wide range of responsibilities, including sourcing potential investment opportunities, finding strategic investments plays, conducting analyses of the properties, performing due diligence, negotiating deals, arranging financing, and ultimately closing on the investments.
What do you appreciate about working at Niam?
