Large-Scale Residential Project in Odense, Denmark

Niam's acquisition of a residential development project in Odense, Denmark represents a significant opportunity for both the company and the local community. The project is situated on the former site of the historic Dalum paper mill, adding a touch of heritage and uniqueness to the development.

The residential development project, called the Paper Factory Dalum, acquired from the Danish contractor MT Højgaard, aims to deliver 301 apartments over the coming years. The project spans over 27,500 square meters and holds a prime location in Odense, the third-largest city in Denmark. Situated close to nature, water, schools, and convenient transportation links, this project offers an appealing living experience. The masterplan for the whole residential area aims to create a diverse neighborhood that integrates with nature while preserving the area's industrial identity. The development will offer a range of housing options, including townhouses, apartments, and senior housing communities.
