Niam and Scandic Hotels Joint Collaboration

Niam and Scandic are creating a new hotel concept with a spa in Värtahamnen

Niam and Scandic Hotel's joint investment project in Värtahamnen is a sizeable 14,500 square meters. The existing hotel has undergone extensive renovation and development, 40 brand new rooms have been added and today, the hotel comprises a total of 323 rooms, making it one of Scandic's largest in Stockholm.

In addition, there will be a new restaurant for up to 340 guests. The lobby has also been expanded and moved to the entry level.

Niam's lease and collaboration agreement with Scandic runs for 24 years and underscores both Scandic's and Niam's commitment to the development of the area.
