Niam has acquired two additional commuter hubs in Sweden from Grosvenor Europe. The newly acquired portfolio includes Väsby Centrum and Bålsta Centrum, both with strategic locations close to important commuter hubs in northern Stockholm.

Niam, the Swedish real asset fund manager, has acquired a newly re-developed landmark mixed-use property. The property is strategically located in a prioritized development area just south of the central business district of Stavanger, Norway. The previous owner was Br Jensen AS and SQM AS has developed the property.

Niam has entered into a joint-venture with Magnolia Bostad to develop two residential blocks in Gothenburg, Sweden. The project is estimated to include around 350 condominiums and rental apartments, in varying sizes.

Niam divests CGI HQ in Helsinki metropolitan area

Today, Niam has divested one of their office properties in Helsinki metropolitan area to Altaal. It was built in 2004 as headquarters for CGI in Finland. The building has seven floors providing space for 1,200 employees on 18,500 sqm.

Niam has acquired 121 high-quality units to their Danish residential portfolio, focusing on offering affordable homes for everyone. The properties are located in Silkeborg, an attractive growth city in Jutland, and the lettable area is around 10,500 sqm.

Niam has signed a forward-commitment agreement to acquire 193 rental units under development which are expected to be completed in 2023. The properties are beautifully located in Jönköping municipality, in southern Sweden. They will maintain a high technical standard with, among other things, balconies, and solar cells on the roofs.
